Requirements vary by region. Many councils have relaxed rules for structures under 30sqm. We recommend checking with your local council, and we can point you in the right direction.
Yes. Each cabin comes with a fully fitted bathroom including a toilet, shower, and vanity. Plumbing connections are pre-installed, so just connect to your existing mains.
Our standard model is 36sqm, roughly the size of a large studio apartment. It includes a living area, bedroom space, kitchen, and full bathroom.
The cabin sits on adjustable steel legs and can be placed on a flat, compacted surface. No concrete slab required in most cases.
Absolutely. Many of our customers use them as short-term rental properties. The fully self-contained design makes them ideal for guests.
The cabin arrives folded down to a standard shipping container footprint on a Hiab truck. It's craned off and expanded on-site by our team.
